The day after we returned from DC (about a week ago) Phoenix learned a new trick: he climbs out of his crib. I have never actually seen him do it, due to his extreme stealth and dexterity, however, Stayc has assured me that it is a feat to behold. Needless to say, his crib is no longer a secure locale. But while he can get out of it as often as he chooses, he cannot get back in. We now find him sleeping all over the place. I went up to get him last week, after a particularly long nap, and there he was, sacked out in the doorway to his room. But hey, as long as he still naps, I don't care where he does it (well, that's not entirely true . . . there have been days and nights that I have to take him back to his room 6-8 times. "Time for bed Phoenix."

Belated Easter
Hey! Bubbles!"Can I have one of your Kweeks?"
"My what?"
"Your Kweeks."
"My what? Oh, my PEEPS."
"Yeah, your peeps."
For the unindoctrinated, Kweeks are a type of bird invented by Bill Peet.
